Contracting Options
What are your options when contracting?
Depending on the nature of the work, the client and your own personal circumstances you can choose to work:
- On a PAYE Basis – You are employed by CK Science and CK Science are responsible for your Employers National Insurance contributions, Holiday Pay and managing your payroll. This is by far the most popular way of working for our contract workforce, it is a hassle free and admin light way of working as a contractor.
Very occasionally you may be able to satisfy strict criteria that enable you to work in the following ways:
- Through your own Limited (Ltd) Company
- Through an Umbrella company
CK Science is able to work with you on this basis provided you are legally compliant.
