Our client, an industry leading Polymer Coatings organisation, are currently looking for a Sales Manager to join their growing organisation. This is a home-based position, which can be flexibly based across the UK.
Working as a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the management and development of UK Sales surrounding their range of coating solution applications: chemical or environmental corrosion, low friction, abrasion resistance, non-stick and decorative coatings.
Your duties will include:
- Managing the organisation’s current client base in addition to continuing to grow sales across the UK;
- Manage the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities;
- Developing and maintaining marketing strategies; market the company products and services to various industries as well as performing customer, market and competitor analysis to ensure product market positioning and possible new opportunities.

To be considered for this role, you will have an ONC / BTech in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline (or equivalent); proven experience in a sales or commercial function and working knowledge of various coating solutions (e.g. chemical or environmental corrosion, low friction, abrasion resistance, non-stick and/or decorative coatings) and applications (e.g. flame/metal spraying, various grits and/or degreasing).
A Full UK Driving Licence and the willingness to travel within the UK is essential for this position.
