Working as a Process Engineer, your responsibilities will include scale up of laboratory processes onto pre-production level; process improvement of existing production methods and routines; development and design of newtools and tooling as well as working as a link between R&D, Production & Engineering during the implementation of all new processes.

Our client, an industry leading Battery / Fuel Cell organisation, are currently looking for a Procurement Engineer to join their growing Development & Production Teams based from their state-of-the-art facilities in Oxfordshire.

Working as a Procurement Engineer, your responsibilities will include the sourcing of raw materials & components for the organisation’s development and manufacturing of Battery Chemicals / Technology; management of suppliers including negotiation of unit/bulk prices; provide samples for performance and process compatibility evaluation as well as providing technical / procurement support to Senior Management (CTO, COO, CFO, CEO).

Material Scientist / Engineer Job – Cambridgeshire, UK

Our client, an industry leading Polymer & Materials Manufacturer, are currently looking for several Material Scientists / Engineers to join their growing Materials Qualification Team based from their state-of-the-art facilities in Cambridgeshire.

Working as a Material Scientist / Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting the Research & Development Team through the testing of a wide range of materials using chemical, physical and mechanical testing (e.g. Creep, Stress, Tensile, Climatic, Humidity, Compression). Your duties will also include vetting external specifications as well as completion of technical documentation during report of results.

New Materials Engineer job in Cambridgeshire

Our client is looking for a Materials Engineer to join their Research and Development facility within East Anglia. Joining an innovative research and development team surrounding material and colour display device development you will be undertaking research projects to develop an understanding of semi conductor materials and device physics to develop their new colour display technology.

This is an exciting opportunity to join their technology organisation working with unique display devices and developing ‘new science’, which in return offers an attractive salary and benefits package. To be considered for this role, you will have a degree in Materials Engineer, Physics (or a related subject) or equivalent experience and demonstrated experience of semiconductor materials including film processing and colour display technology. Experience working with plastic materials within technology development would be advantageous but not essential.
