Did you know that 44% of job seekers WOULD turn down a job offer due to a negative impression of the company during the recruitment process? Also 38% of job seekers would change jobs for career progression but only 28% for an increase in salary?
This information came from a survery we recently conducted to find out more about the current life science job market in the Central Belt of Scotland. We wanted to know what makes candidates accept a job offer or refuse one, what motivates them to move roles and what makes them stay in their current job.
The response to this survey was fantastic with some very interesting results. From these we have been able to create an infographic showing our top tips to attract expertise in a candidate driven market.
