Marlow Foods creates new jobs

The BBC have reported that North East food manufacturer, Marlow Foods, will be creating 400 jobs following an investment of £30 million to build a third fermenter at their Billingham site.

The deal will create 100 jobs during construction, and a further 300 jobs to operate the facility, and will increase production by 50%.  The firm, which produces Quorn products, currently employs 600 people and exports globally.

CK Science have worked with Marlow Foods in the appointment of technical staff and we are delighted to wish them every success in their new venture.
