Technical Waste Sales Manager

CK Group are recruiting for a Technical Waste Sales Manager to join an environmental and waste management company on a permanent basis. This role will be home based covering the Central East Area offering a salary up to OTE of £55,000 per annum.The Company:

Our client is an established and leading company in hazardous and non-hazardous waste management. They hold ISO14001 accreditation for environmental efficiency and sustainability, in addition to ISO9001 and ISO45001 accreditations.Location:

This Technical Waste Sales Manager position is field based covering the Central East region

Your main duties will be:

• Producing and maintaining individual Account Management Plans for each client within the defined portfolio.
• Development of a pipeline to manage and measure business growth, business development and contracts at risk.
• Managing customer contract expectations and service level agreements / key performance indicators
• Regularly review pipeline progress, evaluate and review strategy and approach
• Visit customer sites to comprehensively list waste and obtain as much information as possible to pass to the technical team prior to collection
• Sample waste streams as and when required
• Ensuring customer’s contractual requirements are implemented and being aware of significant market or trading impacts on the customer.
• Manage customer renewals and account development in accordance with internal governance and approval processes.

Your Background:

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Hazardous Waste/Technical Waste Sales experience
• Knowledge of hazardous waste legislation and supply chain
• Negotiating with Customers and Suppliers
• Chemistry Degree or Significant experience in hazardous waste technical sales
• Full Driving License
