Registered Nurse
CK Group have an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse with some paediatric experience/ training to join an outstanding healthcare company that specialise in decentralised clinical trials on a part-time, contract basis.
Where: Northern Ireland (Belfast area)
Rate: £24.77-£32.77 per hour
Contract length: 143-week study.
The Role:
You will play a pivotal part in using your clinical skills to provide the operational support to the study by providing a visit to the childpatient in their home every Tuesday. The duration of the visit will be 7.25 hours for the first 25 weeks of the study, before reducing to 5.25 hours. Mileage will be compensated at 45p per mile or normal HMRC rates for the vehicle being used.
Requirements:
- Infusion pump knowledge but full training given on specific pump being used
- Port competent or cannulation competent
- Adept in administering medication via IV
- NMC registration
- Right to work in the UK is essential
Fulltraining on the study-specific elements as well as an introduction into clinical trials will be provided.
