Labelling Project Manager

CK Group are recruiting for a Labelling Project Manager to join a biopharmaceutical company who are based in Uxbridge on a contract basis for 12 months.

Location:

The role is remote based

Salary: £18.53phr PAYE or £24.21phr Umbrella

Labelling Project Manager Role:

• Responsible for providing overall support to development, training and global implementation of a newly developed process that manages accurate and right-first-time input into pack component labelling (PCL),
• Roll out support for US - manage workload and planning with outsource partner.
• Roll out support for ROW - help define roll-out waves globally; support template and text development with outsource partner.
• Provide procedure update support (define impacted procedures; support update of impacted procedures and manage review) and training development support (define training needs; support training development).

Your Background:

• Educated to degree level or above in life sciences or a related field with experience in a labelling/artwork-focused role within pharma.
• Demonstrated ability to perform as a project coordinator type tasks either as part of a project team or functional work (e.g schedule creation/management, log maintenance, meeting planning and execution, communication management, etc) Experience in a labelling/artwork-focused role within pharma.• Proficient in key project management methodology and tools, like Smartsheet as well as the use of document management system and tools.
