CK Group are recruiting for a Workday Functional Specialist to join a global medical technology company in the pharmaceutical industry working remotely on a contract basis for 10 weeks initially.

Salary:

Hourly: £56.68 per hour LTD

Workday Functional Specialist Role:

  • Workday Functional Specialist supporting the implementation of Workday Extend and vaccine management including test tracking
  • Reporting into the Vaccine Management Project team, will be responsible for the Workdayconfiguration, testing and cutover of the vaccine management solution.
  • To work with 3rd parties delivering the vaccine management solution, influencing their roadmaps and managing the day to day operational relationship
  • Recommend new solutionsand/or enhancements based on the needs and requirements of the organisation. The position will also be expected to have a knowledge of good practice in Workday, will build relationships with other Workday customers and will engage with Community whenrequired.
  • Perform data audits in their area of specialism to preserve the systems integrity and accuracy at all times. Escalate data issues and bad practice so that the team can proactively solve these issues.

Your Background:

  • BachelorDegree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Experience with Workday advanced & Project Management
  • Workday technical experience in HCM, Reporting and Extend HRIS Systems, MS office,
  • Communication and influencing, manage multiple stakeholders, detailed orientated, customer focused

Education, Experience & Achievements

Essential

  • A relevant postgraduate research degree or equivalent professional experience in the field of carbohydrate material science.
  • Previous experience of independent research.
  • Presentations at conferences and a track record of publications in respected journals or equivalent in the field.

Desirable

  • Research experience in polysaccharide and their industrial applications.
  • Involvementin packaging material research and development.
  • Materials formulation and characterisation expertise.
