CK Group are looking for an outgoing, confident and ambitious Trainee Recruitment Consultant to be based within a commutable distance of its Stevenage office.

COVID-19 safety measures are in place to ensure safe office working, and there is flexibility for some home working once initial training in the role is complete.

Working for our Swiss division CK QLS you will be working with some of the world leading clinical, pharmaceutical and life science organisations. It would be desirable ifyou had proficiency in either French or German language.

Trainee Recruitment Consultant Role: The main responsibilities of this role could include:

  • Generating jobs through business development.
  • Researching roles.
  • Interviewing potential candidates.
  • Providing well briefed and well-matched short-lists to your clients.
  • Managing the whole recruitment process from interview through offer to start.
  • Running your own team of highly skilled contractors.
