Naynesh Mistry is recruiting for a Qualified Toxicologist to join a Healthcare and General Consumer Products (covering household, personal care and hygiene) teams for a leading consumer health business. This role could operate at 2 separate sites (Berkshire and Hull) however would require majority working at their site in Hull. On offer is a competitive salary and excellent benefits (pension, healthcare).

ESSENTIAL for the role is commercial experience in toxicological risk assessment.This role is responsible for ensuring Health Products are safe for use by consumers and also conducting safety assessments of Health Products. You will be responsible for interpreting toxicological safety data, and ensuring issues are addressed and communicated effectively.

Your Background:

  • BSc/MSc/PhD in Toxicology, Pharmacology, Biochemistry.
  • Qualified in toxicological risk assessment, with industry experience.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory toxicology and can conduct risk assessments of products marketed as cosmetic or medical devices.
