Senior Analytical Scientist - Surrey
CK Group is currently recruiting for a Senior Analytical Scientist in Surrey, to join an Oral Healthcare company on a temporary basis for 6 months.
Your main responsibilities in this role will be to:
Perform routine analysis of moderate complexity by following methods e.g routine IC,GC, HPLC analyses techniques. Conduct analysis using ion selective electrode and ion chromatography, specifically with respect to fluoride and monopfluorophosphate ions. Troubleshoot, develop and validate new methods for the Oral Care Category. Perform Method Development and Validation work to support product development. Write development reports, validation protocols and validation reports to support regulatory submissions.
You are required to have the following qualifications, skills and experience:
BSc, MSc (or equivalent) in Chemistry / Analytical Chemistry or related subject. Sound knowledge of ion selective electrode and ion chromatography, specifically with respect to fluoride and monopfluorophosphate ions. Good experience with troubleshooting, developing and validating new methods for the Oral Care Category. You will be fully conversant with GMP and record data in a laboratory notebook.
