CK Group are recruiting for a Recruiting Coordinator to join a global healthcare provider to hospitals, clinics and homes, based in Swindon on a on a contract basis for 12 months.

Salary:

  • 15.00 per hour PAYE

Recruiting Coordinator Role:• Provide administrative support to the Recruiting team and serve as primary scheduling contact for candidates and internal client

  • Communicate interview details to candidate, making certain s/he has all of the information necessary (detailed directions, dress code, interview logistics, etc.)
  • Partner with recruiters to ensure flawless execution of the hiring process
  • Research and build talent pools for current and future roles, providing support for the Talent Acquisition team
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior managers, executive assistants and administrative professionals
  • Manages high volume of candidate paperwork, collecting, following-up, submitting for background checks, and retaining under OFCCP guidelines

Your Background:

  • Administrative support experience with experience as a recruiting coordinator working within either Agency or in-house
  • Proven capability to work independently and on a cross-site team
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and influence skills
  • Exhibit a high level of personal ownership and confidentiality
  • Professional appearance, outlook, and attitude
  • Willingness to work flexible hours due to varying needs within the recruiting organization

Education, Experience & Achievements

Essential

  • A relevant postgraduate research degree or equivalent professional experience in the field of carbohydrate material science.
  • Previous experience of independent research.
  • Presentations at conferences and a track record of publications in respected journals or equivalent in the field.

Desirable

  • Research experience in polysaccharide and their industrial applications.
  • Involvementin packaging material research and development.
  • Materials formulation and characterisation expertise.
