R&D Assay Development Scientists - Oxfordshire
Lana Premadasa is recruiting for several experienced R&D Assay Development Scientists from a variety of backgrounds (see below). These positions are based in the Oxfordshire area and are offered on a full time permanent basis, with a salary of £27,000 - £40,000 per annum.
Our client is a company formed of a joint venture between two large multinational electronics companies. They are currently developing laboratory automation solutions (lab-on-a-chip technology) comprising of hardware and software product components from their site in Oxfordshire. They are expanding rapidly and have big plans for the future.
Roles are available in the following fields:
- Cell Biology In these roles, you will be involved in designing and performing experiments to quantify the performance of workflows on the lab-on-a-chip devices and benchmarking assay performance against state of the art laboratory techniques. You will also have to identify potential problems and propose solutions to them using your creative thinking and problem solving skills.
The ideal candidate will have a PhD, MSc or equivalent industrial experience in a relevant scientific field as well as assay development experience in one of the above fields.
This company is offering a competitive salary of £27,000 - £40,000, a competitive pension, bonus scheme and life assurance.
