Quality Control Technician
CK Science are recruiting for a Quality Control Technician to join a chemicals manufacturing company at their site based in Pon sealants and adhesives, our client has a number of offices within the UK.
Location: This role is based in Preston witYour main duties will be to:
- Be competent in all QC test methods and related CQP’s
- Be aware of and conduct regular eqe ERP is accurate.
- Contribute to quality product auditing activity.
- Conduct QC inspections.
The ideal candidate for• Experience of working in a Quality Control/Manufacturing/Production environment
- Be a strong team player.
37.5 hours p0 - 22:00.

- Carrying out optimisation studies to increase Affimer yield
- Developing bench scalele
- Carrying out accelerated and real time stability studies on Affimers and characterising changes that may occur
- Estatool molecules for pre-clinical studies
- Producing and characterising mutated Affimer scaffolds to improve biophysical propfor the position you should have the following skills and expertise:
- PhD level in protein biochemistry, protein engineerindustry
- Experience with standard protein production techniques and development of multistage chromatography separations foallenging projects – with a disruptive, cutting edge technology.
