CK Group is recruiting for a Part Time Compliant Communication Administrator to join a company in the pharmaceutical industry at their site based in Leeds on a contract basis for 9 months. Hourly rate is up to £12.47. This position is part time - 22.5 hours per week (3 days x 7.5 hours).

Our client is a multinational medical devices, pharmaceutical and consumer packaged goods manufacturing company who offer the worlds most comprehensive portfolio of orthopaedic and neuro products and services for joint reconstruction, trauma, spine, sports medicine, neuro, cranio-maxillofacial, power tools and biomaterials.

The Location:

The role is based at our client's state of the art R&D and production facility in Leeds. This site is a short distance from the M621 and is easily commutable on public transport as it is a short distance from Leeds city centre.

The Role:

The Compliant Communication Administrator will be responsible for supporting the Compliant Communication Team in their role as general management of the copy approval process for advertising and promotional materials and claims. This will be accomplished by partnering with internal and externals stakeholders. The Compliant Communication Administrator will be assisting the Manager and Specialists as they traffic and monitor submissions through their workflow cycles.

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting Project Owner with uploading and linking references in the EOS Copy Approval system. Monthly Team metrics. Assisting Project Owner with the building of claims matrices. Sharepoint site upkeep and maintenance. Managing team document updates and adding to Sharepoint site. Respond to internal and external customer inquiries relating to references and claims. Pro-actively collaborate with the Compliant Communication technology team to identify and implement technology optimisation.

Your Background:

Personal computer skills, MS Windows, MS Office (MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Explorer). Knowledge of basic Marketing communication principles. Ability to collaborate and work in a matrix organization supporting multiple stakeholders. Strong organisational skills. The ability to do Computer work, office desk work, handling phone calls, conference calls.
