James Horne at CK Science is recruiting for a Microbiological Technician to join a company in the food industry at their site based in Gloucester on a permanent basis.

This role will be based at their site in Gloucester.

The Role:

This role's main purpose is to coordinate all aspects of the technical research work in the Heat Resistance and Decontamination Group.

Other responsibilities in this role:

  • Coordinate and carry out practical work to agreed protocols and procedures within agreed time frames.
  • Ensure laboratory records are accurately maintained including safety records and experimental result reports.

Your Background:

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

  • A degree in a biological sciences degree or relevant discipline.
