Director, Product Development and Product Support
CK Group are recruiting for a Director of Product Support with a solid background in imaging and immunology to join a fast growing Biotech in Boston, Massachusetts on a permanent basis.

Our client is fast becoming a market leader in the field of immunofluorescence staining and imaging. Having recently received a significant investment, they are in a position to take their cutting edge imaging technology to the market.

As a technical expert your option will be highly regarded and you will be responsible for:
- The design and develop of multiplex immunofluorescence assays for tissue phenotyping and digital pathology
- Managing product enhancement and product redesign projects
- Delivering technical and expert support for escalated customer complaints resultingfrom product performance issues
- Managing your teams and their projects including tasks, creating documents, reviews, schedules and budgets for assay development projects
- Developing and maintaining relationships with outside vendors, consultants & collaborators as needed.
- Working with Manufacturing to ensure that design transfers are successful
Your Background:
The ideal candidate for this role will have a PhD in Molecular Biology or related field and significant experience inone or more of the following:
- Immunohistochemistry
- Immunofluorescence
- Image analysis
