Design Control Officer - Northern Ireland
Naynesh Mistry is currently recruiting for an Design Control Officer (Medical Devices) to work within the Diagnostics division of a global contract development and manufacturing organisation based in Northern Ireland, on a full time, permanent basis. This client is an established contract development and manufacturing organisation that provides an extensive range of integrated services to over 600 companies globally within the pharmaceutical and biotech sectors. A background in performing design control and risk management activities in accordance with QSR 820, ISO 13485 and ISO14971 is essential for this role.
Main role: To support the design control and risk management activities applied to in-vitro diagnostic medical devices. You will ensure that the design control and risk management procedures are compliant with medical devices regulations.
The successful candidate will have the following qualifications, skills and experiences: ESSENTIAL:
- Bachelor degree in Science discipline AND Experience of performing design control and risk management activities in accordance with QSR 820, ISO 13485 and ISO14971
- Experience of performing design history and risk management for IVDMIA [in vitro diagnostics multivariate index assay] consisting of reagent, instrumentation and software.
