Customer Service Associate (French)
CK Group are recruiting for a French Speaking Customer Service Associate to join a global pharmaceutical company, based in Chester on a contract basis for 12 months.
Salary:
Up to £15.00 per hour PAYE, depending upon experience.
French Speaking Customer Service Associate Role:
- Understand policies around order management and customer inquiries processes, and execute in compliance with Global distribution Practices (GDP).
- Receive orders and enter them in SAP system, handle backorders and returns for customers, monitor all open orders.
- Handle customer routine complaints and disputes.
- Receive and resolve internal ad-hoc inquiries.
- Support internal and external audits.
Your Background:
- French language required.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent organisational skills & attention to detail.
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office).
- SAP knowledge is advantageous .
