Customer Meeting Associate
CK Group is recruiting for a Customer Meeting Associate to join a company in the animal health and pharmaceutical industry at their site based in Basingstoke on a 12 month contract basis, with an hourly rate of up to £15.

Location: This role is located in Basingstoke at our clients Headquarters, which has a train station on the main line from London to Southampton as well as a line to Reading. Alternatively the town is conveniently situated on the M3 motorway and is just one hour from London and Southampton. The A33 also links the town with Reading and the M4.
The Role: The primary function of this role is to deliver exceptional administrative support to the busy Local Customer Meetings Services Team (CMS). This role would suit a Customer Focused Individual. You should be keen and able to support the Lilly vision of delivering Exceptional Customer Experiences.
- Partner with Customer Meetings Services.
- Support and Management of key compliance tasks out of scope of CMS Cork including Independent Meetings, Invitations and Approval.
- Management of out of scope contracts i.e. Non HCP (Health Care Professionals) contracts.
- Support for Purchase Orders capture and process.
- Understand and support compliance requirements in relation to customer meetings.
- High standard of record and retention of meeting related documents.
- Escalate compliance queries to Local CMS Associate.
- Establish and maintain internal partnerships with Ethics and Compliance, Finance and Procurement where applicable.
- Be responsive to audit readiness, quality and compliance requests.
Your Background: To succeed in this role you will be a customer focused individual who enjoys working as part of a team. You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to build good rapport with customers over the phone. You will have a background of working in administration and any experience in the pharmaceutical or other regulated industry would be advantageous.
