Julie Marshall at CK Science is recruiting for a Clinical Supplies Coordinator to join a company in the Pharmaceutical industry at their site based in Essex on a contract basis for 12 months.

The main purpose of the role will be to:

Perform daily activities within the Materials Management & Planning group such as receiving, ordering, sampling, dispensing and despatch of materials and products for clinical manufacturing, clinical packaging and development. Prepare, complete and maintain accurate documentation and recording systems, both manually and via IT systems. Liaise with internal and external personnel to share information regarding specifications and timings to meet deliverables. Identify and communicate areas of conflict in work schedules & provide recommendation to resolve potential issues.

In order to be considered for this role, you will be required to have the following qualifications, skills and experience:

Degree (or equivalent) in a Science subject with good knowledge of Clinical Supply requirements and standards, GMP and relevant regulations. You will be self motivated, flexible and efficient with clear and concise communication skills. You will be able to plan your own work and that of others, ensuring agreed timelines are met.
