Exercise keeps you young.

Bad news for the sedentary as scientist have discovered that being inactive in your leisure time can make you biologically up-to 10 years older. It gets even worse for people in a manual job as as it appears that only “leisure” exercise helps slow down the aging process. Check out the New Scientist article here.
