- Candidate has completed a PhD in T Cell immunology and holds a personal Home Office Licence Sections A and B.
- Have developed and optimised enzyme activity assays and flow cytometry panels for human and mouse T Cell sorting and characterisation.
- Have designed and performed experiments using flow cytometry, enzyme activity assays and western bottling.
- Also familiar with a range of techniques including site-directed mutagenesis, cell culture, cell transfections, protein extractions and next generation sequencing.
