CK Science, the largest independent scientific and engineering recruitment consultancy in the UK, is currently looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join their team based in Durham on a permanent basis.
You will be joining a small, friendly and very experienced team of recruiters who specialise in providing permanent and temporary recruitment services to companies employing scientists and technologists in the North East of England and Scotland.
This Recruitment Consultant role is a sales-orientated position with an account management bias and will involve extensive people contact, both face to face and by telephone. Your role will involve liaising with scientists and other technical disciplines so qualifications or a background in a relevant technical discipline would be an advantage.
The ideal candidate will have experience in sales or recruitment, along with excellent communication skills combined with self-confidence, a professional approach and highly developed organisational and administrative skills. We are looking for an outgoing individual with lots of personality, who is hungry for success and will enjoy the satisfaction of providing a quality, professional scientific recruitment service to both clients and candidates.
