About the company:

The company provides a complete Analytical Consultancy service to a global client base and are hugely respected within the industry. In addition to a World Class Analytical service, they are often called upon to resolve quality disputes, such is their standing within a specialist niche market.

What kind of person are we looking for?

Initially, we are searching for a Senior Analytical Manager to take responsibility for the Analytical Services that are provided and for the management of the Analytical Team. This will include direct accountability for the Company’s own laboratory operations to achieve customer satisfaction and the maintenance of the highest standards of quality and methodology. 

The ideal person will be a qualified Analytical Chemist with chartered status (or equivalent) and will have demonstrable Analytical Team Management experience. This should include the ability to deal with all management issues whilst maintaining the highest levels of quality and customer service. They will have an organised approach and a “hands on” attitude.

Once in post, the aim is for you to become progressively involved in the wider business management functions of the Company by way of continuous personal development. This development will facilitate the progression into a position of Directorship and board membership.

As such we want someone with the potential to develop their management and commercial skills and for someone with the desire to run a small business.
