My client is currently seeking to recruit a Process/Analytical Development Manager to work with them at their site in South Wales on a permanent basis.
The main purpose of this Process/Analytical Development Manager role will be to develop and transfer validatable analytical methodologies to Production and/or QC, develop new and existing technologies for the commercial manufacture and quality control of new and existing products and to provide scientific leadership and technical support for the group.
The ideal candidate for this Process/Analytical Development Manager role will be educated to degree level, PhD, or equivalent in an appropriate scientific discipline with experience in a biopharmaceutical or closely related industry with line management experience. Extensive experience of antibodies and recombinant proteins coupled with the associated purification and analytical techniques is also required.
