Manufacturing Technician – Biotechnology, Central Belt of Scotland

Six Manufacturing Technicians are required to join a leading pharmaceutical contract manufacturing company based in the Central Belt of Scotland.

Our client based in the Central Belt of Scotland requires a Manufacturing Technician to operate kilo scale processes to deliver high potency active pharmaceutical ingredients used in the treatment of cancer.

Once fully trained, as a Manufacturing Technician, you will operate chemical processing equipment and progress the manufacture of products to the desired yield and quality and to the required timescales, working on a shift system.

The ideal candidate for this Manufacturing Technician job will be educated to a minimum HNC or equivalent in process manufacture or similar, together with relevant industrial experience in chemical processing or bioprocessing. As a Manufacturing Technician , you should have worked in a cGMP, clean room environment following SOPs and/or batch records.

This Manufacturing Technician job is initially a three-month temporary role with a view to extending to a longer team permanent contract.
