Sales Administrator
CK Group are recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join a specialist chemicals manufacturing company at their site based in Wigan on a full time, permanent basis.
The Company:
Our client is a well-established, award-winning specialist polymer and resin manufacturer. The company offers a salary around £22,600 per annum, as well as 25 days' holiday, pension and healthcare.
Location:
This role is based at the company's site near Chorley and is easily commutable from surrounding areas such as Preston, Manchester, Liverpool, Blackburn, Bolton, Wigan, etc.
Sales Administrator Role:
Your main duties will be to:
- Processing incoming sales orders via e-mail or phone accurately and in a timely manner.
- Answer and deal with customer queries.
- Follow up order status and reporting of any problems or delays.
- Producing credits, check invoices and custom invoices.
- Order transport as required and liaise with freight forwarders and carriers.
- Producing Dangerous Goods Notes for Export purposes.
- Liaising with production and warehouse, and internal and external customers.
Your Background:
The ideal candidate for this role will have the following skills and experience:
- Experience within sales / customer service.
- Be familiar with Microsoft office, Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Previous use of ERP system.
