Data Administrator

CK Group are recruiting for a Data Administrator to join a diagnostics company at their site in Burgess Hill on a contract basis for 12 months.

Salary:

Daily rate: £110 - £140/day PAYE or £145.90 - £185.70/day UMB 

Data Administrator Role:

• You will act as a key contributor in the data quality and integrity of master data through a customer centred process that delivers a sustainable digital transformation in our customer experience by working with stakeholders across the UK and Ireland business.

• Direct third party enquiries through written or verbal communication to suppliers promptly and record all interactions within customer relations management system.

• Ensure the data quality regarding third party is kept up to date, escalating any complex issues to more senior team members and appropriate committees.

• Correct systems issues and discrepancies to maintain data quality.

• Perform back-office tasks to ensure and maintain data quality and data integrity and support the team with any issues that arise.

Your Background:

• Experience in the diagnostics/pharmaceutical industry with Customer/Supplier communications, written and verbal.

• Previous experience in a Data Administration position.

• Previous experience in driving process change.

• Salesforce and SAP experience.

• Excellent communication skills.

Location:

This role is hybrid working with 2 days in the office at our clients site in Burgess Hill and the remainder can be worked remotely.
