This Senior R&D Chemist is currently responsible for new product development, from research beginning to market introduction, including liaison with operations teams, sales and customers. Coordinating within various teams to run, maintain, and acquire analytical laboratory equipment (including HPLC, X-RDF, GC-MS, GC-FID, Rheometry, PSD, Spectrophotometry; UV-Vis, IR) by establishing new methods and developing or adapting existing ones to comply or fit research and manufacturing needs. Experienced in formulations of liquid dispersions of pigments and additives for plastics.
