- BSc qualified in Chemistry and Molecular & Developmental Biology
- Successful Operations Director and has held other roles such as Technical Manager, Plant Manager, Production Operations Manager, Formulation & Packing Manager, Formulation & Packing Manager
- Sound experience gained on an upper tier COMAH site
- Has been responsible for over 10 direct reports and over 65 indirect reports
- Keen to be a part of site SMT and is NEBOSH certified as well as being familiar with supply chain, SHE, lean six sigma, continuous improvement and more
- ISO auditor and comfortable with 9001, 14001 and 50001
- Happy to consider temporary, interim and permanent roles
