We are undertaking two surveys during the course of this activity, with the aim of gaining a better of understanding of the needs and requirements of employers and new entrants into the chemical industries. Our goal is to gain insight into the future demands of recruitment so that we can communicate this to university graduates to help them understand how they can enter the sector and build a sustainable career. We will also use the results to continue to develop and improve our service.
