You will be responsible for providing technical proposals and plans for asset performance improvement, leading major studies in improvement of utilities operations and compliance through improved use of technology and control, establish, direct and motivate multi-functional teams to deliver improvements and to monitor quality performance and procedures on customer sites.
You must be qualified to minimum degree level in science or engineering or possess equivalent industrial experience. You must also have a proven record in working in maintenance of process plants. You must also be an excellent communicator with good commercial awareness and an understanding of fixed and variable costs.
